ENTIRE ESTATE
Entire Estate rental is required on weekends during the months of April through October and during certain holidays.

The entire estate will accommodate up to 52 guests. There is a 2-night minimum; with a 3-night minimum rental required over Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day; and a 4-night minimum is required over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Personal Chef Service is available.

COTTAGES

Cottage rental by itself is permitted only during the week (Sunday-Thursday) from April through October; and during the months of November through March. Friday and Saturday consecutive night rental is required over weekends.

The cottages will accommodate up to 32 guests. There is a 2-night minimum; with a 3-night minimum rental required over Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day; and a 4-night minimum is required over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Personal Chef Service is available.

The one-bedroom Garden Cottage has an open floorplan with a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa; sleeps up to four. There is a large stone fireplace, dining area, one bathroom and full kitchen. There's even an outdoor patio with dining table, fireplace and BBQ grill. There is a separate utility room with a washer/dryer located next to the Garden Cottage.

The two-bedroom Primrose and Blueberry cottages each have one bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa and one bath. Primrose and Blueberry each sleep up to six people. Appletree Cottage has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a queen-size sleeper sofa and one bath. Appletree sleeps up to eight people. Each of these cottages is equipped with a washer/dryer, picnic table, BBQ grill and a screened porch overlooking the Snowbird Mountains. Rustic rocking chairs are included for your relaxation.
 

THREE-BEDROOM COTTAGE

The Robinsnest Cottage has two bedrooms with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, two bathrooms and sleeps up to 8. The cottage sits up against its own creek and pond and has a large private fire pit with seating for 8 and plenty of split wood. There is a gas fireplace in the living room.

ENTIRE MAIN HOUSE

Entire Main House rental by itself is permitted only during the week (Sunday-Thursday) from April through October; and during the months of November through March.

The entire house will accommodate up to 20 guests. There is a 2-night minimum; with a 3-night minimum rental required over Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day; and a 4-night minimum is required over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Personal Chef Service is available.

POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that maximum total occupancy for cottages and main house is based on utilizing ALL available beds in the rooms and cottages including sleeper sofas & trundle beds. Guests above maximum occupany - $35 per person per night additional fee.

Listed rates do not include 7.75% North Carolina Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax.

Reservations are confirmed with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Cottage Rental Deposits
Reservations are confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

No Smoking inside, please.

Small/medium pets are welcome in the cottages, with a $50 fee per animal.The pet fee is waived when the entire estate is rented. Sorry, no pets in the main house.

There is WiFI located in and around the Main House, Cottages and Open Air Pavilion.
